A must for newlyweds /engaged.

Dear Ajay, read Yet we marry, enjoyed it. But I slightly differ from the opinion as passed in the book. This is a very extra ordinary happening . u have totally thrown swarika in bad light . it happens but not so rudely. The story has been narrated well as it happens in Indian families but the division / separation is not so crude. I think a good movie can be made on this . A very informative novel and eye opener for who would be father/ mother in laws or getting married ( boy or girl) .overall good novel.

This book is an excellent read because it connects with readers of every generation.

This book is an excellent read because it connects with readers of every generation. We are so cognizant with the issues of marriage in India yet we ignore them when faced personally. I am sure every person irrespective of age can relate his or her experiences with some aspects of the protagonist here. In spite of dealing with all the miseries and intricacies of a marital life this book has a beautiful message for people who are or going to get married. Warm regards to the author for his endeavors to conceptualize such idiosyncrasies of our society and culture in a most coherent way.

Yet We Marry is a story of two mismatch characters who struggle to arrive at common union to save their marital life. The novel is very bold, engaging and interesting. I found myself hooked till the last.

The book is written in simple English, so that it is reader-friendly. The theme of the book is a genuine problem of marriages in middle-class families of India.

Besides the above, I would also mention that in the book, the author does not mention about the adjustments made by parents of Sunny. It is, to some extent, a one-sided story trying to show only the inner feelings of the heroin and not of the parents of Sunny.

All in all, I would like to say that this is a message-giving book and people must read it once. I am sure they will get some valuable tips for their own lives.

Unexpressed love may ruin the life when you unite.

Simple, touching and real.

The truth has been spoken in Yet We Marry about marriages in our country. The story of Sunny and Swarika is indeed a mirror to what happens when the traditional family influence affects a married couple's life. Its engrossing, emotional and moving. You develop empathy for the couple, particularly Sunny whose world goes topsy turvy as he sees his marriage slowly deteriorating. I recommend ppl to take a read at this one as every age group is going to correlate with what has been so candidly expressed.
